Terms of use
These terms govern how travellers and experience hosts use Dinimaak.
Dinimaak’s role
Dinimaak connects travellers and hosts. During launch, the agreed price is paid directly to the host on site; Dinimaak does not collect the experience price.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed after phone verification. Its price, time slot, participant count, selected route and conditions are stored with the booking.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free until 72 hours before departure. After that, the host may apply the conditions shown on the listing, subject to applicable law.
Safety
The host remains responsible for the compliance of the activity, vehicle, insurance and supervision. Travellers must follow the instructions, minimum age and requirements displayed.
Content and conduct
Messages, reviews, images and listings must be accurate, respectful and lawful. Dinimaak may hide content, suspend an account or cooperate with authorities in case of abuse or risk.
