We process account, booking, message, review, host-verification, media and technical data required to secure the service.

Exact addresses, private contact details and identity documents are never made public.

We use this data to create and secure accounts, confirm bookings, connect the parties at the right time, moderate content, handle disputes and meet legal obligations.

Dinimaak notably uses Supabase for accounts and data, Cloudinary for public media, and providers for email, SMS, translation and routing. Each receives only what is needed for its task.

Data is retained as long as needed for the service, disputes and legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion from the help page.
