Request account deletion
You may ask Dinimaak to close your account and erase data that no longer needs to be retained.
Send the request
Write from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my Dinimaak account”. We will verify your identity before deletion.
What is deleted
The profile and unnecessary data are deleted or anonymised. Information required for a booking, dispute, fraud prevention or legal obligation may be kept for the required period.
Before closure
Any ongoing booking or dispute must be resolved before final closure. The team will tell you about any remaining action.
The support address must be configured before the public launch.
